Yes, I fully realize it's been like 2 years since I've posted to this blog. Life goes on, what can I say? However I want to give you a glimpse into our life by posting our most recent photos taken by a tried and true professional photographer - Erin Moore from Mercy Street Studios. It was so long overdue and we finally have our youngest in our family portrait - only took us 5 years! :)

I can't believe it's almost Thanksgiving.  Even more, I can't believe I actually just ordered our Christmas photo cards!  Thanks to Shutterfly's holiday card sale ending tonight (and yes, I know they'll have many more sales between now and Christmas), it put just enough pressure on me to get on the ball early this year.  Maybe most of you will actually receive our Christmas cards before Christmas this year!!! :)  I know, I know - that would just make your holiday, wouldn't it?  And speaking of making your holiday, I'm even going to give ya'll a sneak peek of our holiday card.  Here it is:

finding acorns,

tree hugging (lol),

frolicking in a field,

being silly,

smiling,

some tomfoolery,

and more..

. . .

beach walking,

lovely friends,

and star-spinning.

We looked crazy, but it was fun!

Little trees with buzzing bees...

I took this last year on the wagon ride with the co-op group for apple picking. How I do love little trees...they just seem so whimsical to me. Anything miniature is way cuter in my opinion. Especially these cupcakes for Father's day. yum :)

Last Summer

This was taken last summer after a trip to Gilley's. The family headed over to a park in Portsmouth where we sat and enjoyed the weather. Reagan finished off the root beer and was acting really silly, so I snapped some candids, and voila! here they are for you to enjoy. :)
